The Group offers the only range of Video-On-Demand services available in the French overseas departments. TRACE Mobile: A brand for the under 26s under brand licence with TRACE.
The Outremer Telecom Group has signed a brand licensing agreement with the TRACE Group - the n° 1 music TV channel in the French overseas departments - and offers the TRACE Mobile service.
TRACE mobile is a mobile package for the under 26s offering abundant voice and data services, unlimited access to the internet and e-mails, exclusive content and a 3G+ connection.
TRACE is the n° 1 media group targeting 11-35 year olds focusing exclusively on urban and tropical music and culture.
CANAL CONNECT: a partnership with CANAL+ allowing “only” to distribute non-branded boxes.
With the Canal Connect partnership, Canal Overseas and Outremer Telecom offer double-play unlimited calls and broadband internet services of up to 20 Mb, all at an attractive price. Canal Connect, bearing the Canal name and developed by Outremer Telecom, is available from the Outremer Telecom and Canal Overseas network of stores in the French West Indies and French Guiana region, as well as Reunion.
A multichannel distribution network
In order to be as close as possible to its customers, Outremer Telecom favours its own multichannel distribution network, allowing it to be close to its customers. Its proprietary network of 80 stores in each overseas department’s main towns is reinforced by a fleet of “only bus” mobile stores that travel around offering the Group's services to people living far away from urban centres. In addition to these sales teams, the Group also has around 50 telesales staff able to sell its services by telephone, as well as home sales representatives who go to meet future subscribers in their homes.
