Strategy

Outremer Telecom - the n° 1 alternative operator in the French overseas departments and regions - pursues a strategy of increasing its market share in the two regions in which it operates: the French West Indies and French Guiana region with Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guiana, and the Indian Ocean region with Reunion and Mayotte.
Having initially rolled out its services in the French West Indies and in French Guiana, the Group has successfully replicated its strategy in the Indian Ocean region, two regions with similar characteristics.

With its own telecommunications network, the well-known "only" brand covering all of its activities, its own extensive and high-quality distribution network and attractive price positioning, the Group benefits from key strengths to allow it to continue to grow and increase its market share.


The Group's strategy is based on four main principles:

• Continuing revenue growth in Mobile and Broadband activities in both regions
• Development of innovative offerings and services
• Further improvement in service standards
• Stepping up of its rate of expansion in the business market
